Autumn or Fall is a time of great introspection, in many ways transformation. The days get shorter, it’s finally getting cooler outside, the kids are back in school and planning for the Holidays is getting closer.
TIME FOR A CLEANSE
This is also a wonderful time to make time to do a cleanse. There are many ways to do a cleanse. For example, taking a cleansing herb before going to bed, which is available in many Health Food Stores and over the Internet. Sometimes, just taking a “baby-step” and cleansing for 1-2 days, is already a good start. For those of you, who regularly cleanse, I recommend a 3-5 day regimen.
BE GENTLE WITH YOURSELF
During the cleanse, be gentle with yourself, listen to your inner guide and drink plenty of water, get a lot of rest and (if possible) stay away from alcohol.
